TARA FIRE SERVICES (TFS) feels proud to introduce itself as a specialist in the field of dealing fire fighting equipment and Offshore and Marine Supplies. We are manufacturer and suppliers of extensive ranges of fire extinguishers, CO2 based fire fighting systems and various accessories for fire extinguishers. The Products offered by us are available in various specifications of Indian and International standards.

CLASSES OF FIRE :-
Class A: - Fires occur in ordinary combustible materials such as wood, cloth, paper and some plastics.
Extinguishing agent options include dry chemical, foam, water, carbon dioxide etc.
 
Class B: - Fires occur in the vapour-air mixture over the surfaces of flammable and combustible liquids like gasoline, grease, lubricating oils and alcohols.
Extinguishing agent options include dry chemicals, foams, carbon dioxide and water fog.
 
Class C: - Fires involving gases i.e. LPG, CNG Hydrocarbons gases etc. energized electrical equipments.
Nonconductings agents are recommended such as dry, chemicals, carbon dioxide.
 
Class D:- Fires occur in combustible metals such as magnesium, titanium, potassium, zirconium, lithium and sodium.
Special dry powder agents and application technique are required to extinguish these fires. Normal extinguishing agents should not to be used as there is a danger of chemical reaction.
 
Class K:- Fires involving cooking  appliances  with flammable cooking oils, fats (vegetable or animal)
